Ok so it's reads to only keep pistol ammo on section 5 ! Which doesn't make sense ! Should get rid of the stupid ban on expending ammo full stop

A " ban on expending ammo " would be even more annoying than the one on expanding ammo ;-)

There is an EU law that restricts pistol ammo in this way. The proposed change is thus limited by the art of the possible.
