Not sure if it's the same issue but since some point on Wednesday my notifications have been marked as spam.

I have a google hosted email account so I guess they've updated their filters.

If you constantly delete your notifications without opening them, then the filters will update as Spam.........

Virgin are slowly migrating to Google mail services so they may have just flicked a switch, I'll check.
