Remmington 11-87 12g FAC shotgun ..... BITSA ..... cheap!

I have this to clear! I have had it from new and its had a lot of rounds through it.
It is suffering from the cracked receiver issue that afflicts these guns.
This is where the mag tube and barrel aperture meet.
I have already welded it up but its cracking again.
It occasionally misfeeds.
The gun is a premier skeet with wood furniture,30 inch barrel, easy loader and extended mag tube.
Its in used/worn condition.
I want it off my fac to make way for a new one.
Looking for £150 face to face.
The barrel alone would cost more than that to buy!

Gun can be seen at Bisley or tried at my club at Aldershot
SOLD AS SEEN AND DESCRIBED!!
I may break it and scrap the receiver if no takers.

I thought welding of guns was a big no-no, as it took them out of proof...?

Looks like the cracked receiver issue is down to not replacing the mainspring every 10,000 rounds or so...and is a known (preventable) fault

Any photos of it yet?
