Are the AKM mags Izhmash or Tula?.

I am no expert but Izhmash mags seem to be less common than Tula's ? Is that correct ?
Also, Izhmash vs Tula : Is it a collector's thing or are there any fundamental differences between the two ?

Having handled quite a few - no difference at all !!!

In the Bakelite 7.62x39 I have both tula and izhmash.

And the debate is hot especially stateside with some swearing by Tula and others swearing by Izhnash wtfwtf
