Portuguese 1904 mauser Vergueiro for sale

#1 Post by sconie »

Hi all, I am moving on a couple of rifles to provide funds for incoming.

First up is a Portuguese 1904 mauser Vergueiro, it has a nice bore and the woodwork is in good condition for its age.

Looking for a bargain £200 + RFD costs

Willing to bet that it's 7.92. Most underrated (and cheap) rifle. Hole drilled through the blurb on the site of the receiver would have been done during conversion from long rifle/6.5 just before WW2.
