Those are very well done and quite pleasing.
I'm lucky if I can just stack the wood straight.

Doz...

Actually.. Following a big sawing, splitting and stacking session over a couple of days last week there aren't that many bits of wood laying around in the garden. I have been using my log burner now for over a year now and I love it but if you are using it as a major heat source (which I am) as opposed to just background heat and aesthetic appeal then unless you can get hold of free timber it will cost you an arm and leg.

Since I stated burning logs this september early October..ish I have got through just about one section of my log store..that is a lot of logs.

Fortunatlely I probably have enough to replenish another section before I really have to get seriously log hunting..

Whats in your green house....................Logs of course  ;)

Heather..
Thanks.... It worked. And Wow! it is amazing the work that went into producing those logs and the joy of and warmth they will produce for the owners, I'm quite jealous  ;)
